The base itself

We list the fleet not because it looks good in a deck, but because a line producer needs to know exactly what turns up on location. Everything below is operated by us and serviced between jobs rather than at the end of the season.

Moving crew, kit and cast between base, location and hotel — on tarmac and off it.

  • Production trucks with lift gates and internal shelving
  • Air-conditioned crew buses and minivans

  • Desert-rated 4x4s with recovery boards, winches and sand tyres
  • Refrigerated units for stock, catering and makeup product

Power & Technical

Silenced power, distribution and the grip, lighting and sound packages that hang off it.

  • Silenced diesel generators, 20–150 kVA
  • Power distribution — 230V/50Hz and Camlock feeds
  • Cable runs specified for long throws from a distant genny
  • HMI, LED and tungsten lighting packages
  • Grip stands, flags, frames, sandbags and rigging hardware
  • Dollies, track, sliders and remote heads
  • Sound recorders, boom, radio mic and timecode kit
  • Crew radio and comms distribution

Wardrobe, makeup, talent hold and production office — climate-controlled and self-sufficient.

  • Wardrobe trucks with up to 24m of hanging rail
  • Enclosed, lockable changing areas

  • Colour-accurate 3200K / 5600K mirror lighting
  • Onboard water, waste and hot water
  • Oversized climate control rated for standing desert heat
