We source and vet local crew — drivers, riggers, runners, production assistants, security, medics and fixers — and we brief them before they reach you. Set etiquette, radio discipline, and the fact that a call time is not an approximation.
On the coordination side we handle customs and carnet support for incoming equipment, accommodation blocks near remote units, catering that works for a mixed international and local crew, water and cold chain in summer, waste management and site reinstatement.
We also handle the interface work: talking to the site owner, the municipality officer who arrives unannounced, and the neighbour whose generator noise complaint could otherwise cost you an afternoon. That conversation goes better in Arabic, from someone local.
